This Acceptable Use Policy (“AUP”) governs the use of Pennate LLC’s (“Pennate”) websites, digital tools, applications, and related services (collectively, the “Services”).
By accessing or using the Services, you agree to comply with this AUP in addition to our Terms of Service and Privacy Policy.
1. Permitted Use
You may use the Services solely for lawful purposes and in a manner consistent with their intended function, including evaluating services, exploring design concepts, researching plant information, or engaging with Pennate offerings.
2. Prohibited Activities
You agree not to, directly or indirectly:
- Scrape, harvest, extract, or collect data, content, or images without authorization
- Reverse engineer, copy, replicate, or attempt to recreate proprietary tools or systems
- Interfere with or disrupt the operation, security, or performance of the Services
- Use automated systems, bots, or scripts without written permission
- Misrepresent identity, intent, or affiliation
- Use the Services for unlawful, abusive, deceptive, or harmful purposes
3. Intellectual Property
All content, tools, designs, data structures, and visual elements made available through the Services are the property of Pennate LLC unless otherwise stated. Use of the Services does not grant any ownership or license beyond what is necessary for normal, intended use.
4. Monitoring & Enforcement
Pennate reserves the right to monitor usage of the Services to ensure compliance with this AUP and to protect system integrity, security, and intellectual property.
We may suspend or restrict access to the Services, without notice, if we reasonably believe this AUP has been violated.
5. Changes to This Policy
Pennate may update this Acceptable Use Policy at any time. Continued use of the Services constitutes acceptance of the revised policy.
