Scheduling, Weather & Site Policy

This policy outlines scheduling expectations, weather-related considerations, and site access requirements for services provided by Pennate LLC (“Pennate”).

1. Scheduling & Appointments

All services are scheduled based on availability and require confirmation. Certain services require full payment or a deposit in advance to reserve a calendar slot.

  • Appointment dates and arrival windows are estimates and not guaranteed start times.
  • Scheduling priority may vary based on location, service type, and logistics.
  • Changes to scheduled services may require rescheduling and additional fees.

2. Weather Conditions

Pennate operates in outdoor environments and is subject to weather conditions beyond our control.

  • Services may be delayed, rescheduled, or modified due to rain, storms, excessive heat, flooding, or unsafe conditions.
  • Weather-related delays do not constitute cancellations or grounds for refunds.
  • Pennate reserves the right to suspend work if conditions pose safety or quality concerns.

Reasonable efforts will be made to reschedule affected services.

3. Site Access Limitations

All services are subject to the Site Access, Parking & Work Readiness provisions outlined in Pennate’s Terms of Service.

Failure to provide adequate access, parking, staging space, or a safe work environment may be treated as a late cancellation or no-show and may result in forfeiture of fees or rescheduling charges.

Delays or denial of access due to gated or secured properties are treated as access limitations under the Terms of Service.

4. Pets & Sanitary Conditions

For the safety of personnel and to maintain sanitary working conditions, the customer is responsible for managing pets and site cleanliness prior to service.

  • All dogs and other pets must be secured away from work areas before arrival.
  • Work areas must be reasonably free of pet waste, debris, and other unsanitary conditions.
  • Pennate personnel will not perform services in areas where sanitary or safety conditions are not met.

If pets are not secured or site conditions do not meet reasonable safety or sanitation standards, Pennate may, at its discretion, delay service, modify the scope of work, or decline to proceed.

In such cases, the visit may be treated as a missed appointment. Fees may be forfeited, and rescheduling may require additional charges.

  • Clear access to the work area, gates, utilities, and relevant controls must be provided.
  • Pets must be secured prior to arrival.
  • Obstructions, locked gates, or unsafe conditions may prevent service from being performed.

If site access is unavailable or conditions prevent safe work, the service may be considered a missed appointment.

5. Missed Appointments & Access Issues

Pennate is not responsible for delays or inability to perform services caused by:

  • Lack of access to the property or service areas
  • Incorrect address or contact information
  • Unsecured pets
  • Unsafe or unprepared site conditions

Missed appointments or access-related issues may result in forfeiture of fees and may require rescheduling at additional cost.

6. Policy Updates

Pennate reserves the right to update this policy at any time. The version published on this website governs scheduling and service execution.
